2.Get a Tupperware container, Zip block bag,and a fridge
3.Then put the apple in the fridge and in a Tupperware container and also in the ziplock bag
4.check on them every 10 minutes for a hour
5.Measure brownness with 1 by 1 squares drawn on to a ziplock bag 6.record data

What I found out after doing my experiment is that brownness occurs slower when in a Tupperware container then in a ziplock bag or in a tupperware container
Conclusion
After doing my experiment i conclude that browning of a apple occurs slower in the Tupperware container then it does in the fridge container or ziplock bag. Limiting exposure to oxygen keep an apple from browning.
Discussion
To do my experiment i drew a grid of 1 by 1 centimeter squares and cut a apple int three pieces and put one in the fridge, one in a ziplock bag, and one in a Tupperware container. I then checked it every ten minutes for forty minutes. I appears that keeping air away from from the apple helps it from not browning. When a apple turns brown its because oxygen is exposed to it. When it is in a Tupperware container it keeps the oxygen from being exposed to the apple.

The benefit to the community or science is that people will want to know why a apple turns brown so they can do stuff to prevent the apple from turning brown. So they dont waste money.

After I conducted my experiment I did some background research. During my searches, I learned that the browning of apples occurs when the fruit is cut or bruised, and the damaged tissue is exposed to oxygen. That is also what happens when you drop a apple its tissue breaks and is exposed to oxygen.

Abstract
For my experiment what i was trying to figure out was which one browned faster a Apple in the fridge, a apple in a ziplock bag, or a apple in a Tupperware container. What I did was cut a apple into three pieces and put one in the fridge, one in a ziplock bag and one in a Tupperware container. Then i made a 1 by 1 cm graph and after 10 minutes i would check the apples and put the 1 by 1 cm graph over the apples and see how much squares were filled up with brown. I did this for 40 minutes.
